High-performance stationary vacuum cleaner usable for almost all purposes in industry and trade

The side channel compressor is suitable for 3-shift operation. Surface finished Euronorm filter (PNF) for high filter power and filter lifetime. Various voltages available on demand. The accessories have to be adjust individually.

Optimal use:

• At a conveyor (e.g. granulate material etc.) to generate vacuum and filtration of the residual dusts
• Integration into manufacturing processes to generate vacuum
• Use as a quiet undertable unit, e.g. in goldsmiths, dental laboratories or for engraving
• Continuous suction of dusts from manufacturing or packaging machines

Options for the individual adjustment:

• Bigger container and/or pre-separator
• Vacuum limit valve to limit the maximal negative pressure; also as false air valve when using the machine as vacuum generator without volume flow rate.
•  Disposal bag for easy disposal of fine particles (art.-no. 115-1013)
• Swivel castor for mobile usage.
• Wall panel for affixing to the wall.

EVOTEC - Central extraction systems

Moduls from a modular construction system, which can be combined according to individual needs

Following moduls are necessary for a functioning main extraction system:

• Turbine to generate vacuum
• Filter-/dust separator
• Container/ pre-separator
• Pipe system, to transport dust from the place of origin to the central unit.
• Equipment/ accessories for the workplace

According to the need of performance, we offer turbines with different power. On demand they are also available as inverter-versions (frequence-directed turbines).

For the configuration of a unit, all upgrades and options can be chosen at a premium

Example "basic model":
3 kW turbine with silencer, suitable for 3-shift usage

V2A-filter compartment with cyclone separator for better preseparation of fine dusts and coarse material.
Surface finished pocket filter with 3,2 m² filter surface. Effective, easy-to-use filter cleaning for long working intervals without interruptions

60 l dirt container on castors. Container can be lowered easily for easy disposal of absorbed matter.

Control with remote start- and stop- function included.

According to needs we offer turbines with different levels of performance:

Filter-/dust separators

Disposal and preseparators
Depending on the amount of material we offer different containers or preseparators:

Pipe system
For the transport of the absorbed matter from the place of origin to the central unit. Consisting of steel pipes with different diameters and compatible junctions, bends, end pieces and hinged covers.
